Should non-essential retailers be allowed to reopen in lockdown regions?

A group of about 50 retailers called on the Ontario government to open all stores across the province — including those in lockdown regions. Heather Reisman, CEO of Indigo, and Sydney Mamane, owner of Sydney's, a men's clothing store in Toronto, both signed the letter and joined us to discuss the issue.
