She needed an emergency C-section. She says she was told to pay upfront

Perla Estrada, an undocumented woman, says staff at the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Edmonton told her she could not get an emergency C-section unless she paid $5,000 upfront. Alberta Health Services says it's concerned by the case and is investigating.
