Senegal riots: Government cuts mobile internet access

After days of riots in Senegal, following the verdict against opposition leader Ousmane Sonko, the government is cutting access to mobile internet in certain areas.

The government claims the step is necessary to stop hateful and subversive messages and videos, but rights groups accuse it of censorship.
