Second expelled Black lawmaker Justin Pearson reinstated in Tennessee legislature

Justin Pearson, the second Black Democrat expelled from the Republican-led Tennessee House, will return to the Legislature after a Memphis commission voted to reinstate him Wednesday, nearly a week after he was banished for supporting gun control protesters. His colleague Justin Jones was reinstated on Monday.
