Scotland is being 'held back' says its First Minister

SNP leader and First Minister of Scotland Nicola Sturgeon says Scotland is being 'held back', partly because of "a Brexit we did not vote for".

Setting out her case for a new Scotland independence referendum, she said there was a "strong and compelling case" for leaving the UK.
