SC Verdict On Article 370 Scrapping: जम्मू कश्मीर से अनुच्छेद 370 को निरस्त करने के खिलाफ दाखिल याचिका पर आज सुप्रीम कोर्ट अपना फैसला सुनाया. इस मामले में 5 जजों की सुप्रीम बेंच ने 5 सितंबर को फैसला सुरक्षित रख लिया था.सीजेआई ने कहा कि जम्मू कश्मीर की संविधान सभा खत्म होने के बाद आर्टिकल 370 को निष्प्रभावी करने का राष्ट्रपति का संवैधानिक अधिकार बनता है.

Today the Supreme Court gave its verdict on the petition filed against the abrogation of Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir. In this case, the Supreme Bench of 5 judges had reserved its decision on September 5. The CJI said that after the dissolution of the Constituent Assembly of Jammu and Kashmir, the President has the constitutional right to make Article 370 ineffective.
