सुप्रीम कोर्ट में जजों ने फैसला पढ़ना शुरू कर दिया है. सीजेआई डीवाई चंद्रचूड़ ने कहा कि जिन राज्यों में राष्ट्रपति शासन है, वहां भी केंद्र के अधिकार सीमित हैं. जम्मू-कश्मीर से आर्टिकल 370 हटाने के मामले में सीजेआई ने कहा कि आर्टिकल 370 अस्थाई था. विलय के साथ ही जम्मू-कश्मीर भारत का अभिन्न हिस्सा बन गया था.

The judges in the Supreme Court have started reading the verdict. CJI DY Chandrachud said that even in the states where there is President's rule, the powers of the Center are limited. In the matter of removal of Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir, CJI said that Article 370 was temporary. With the merger, Jammu and Kashmir became an integral part of India.
