Canada's federal government had a legal win over who's allowed to enter this country.
The nation's top court upheld the Safe Third Country Agreement between Canada and the U.S., ruling the pact that allows this country to send refugees back south of the border is constitutional.
The Supreme Court in its decision noted that the agreement does not violate Section 7 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedom – the right to life, liberty and security of a person.
