Backing the Enforcement Directorate, the Supreme Court today rejected almost all objections raised against the probe agency regarding initiating an investigation, power to arrest, search and seizure, etc. The top court has upheld almost all the provisions of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), which was under challenge in the court.
