Rwanda plan is 'probably dead', says former Supreme Court justice

Lord Sumption, a former Supreme Court justice, says the court had "confined themselves to looking at whether Rwanda is a safe country to send people to" and then decided "it wasn't".

He added that Rwanda is "not up to the job" of deciding refugee status, largely due to the country's record of expelling migrants to other countries.
