Russia accuses Ukraine of retaliating in attack on border city

Ukrainian forces struck back at Russia, shelling the border city of Belgorod, killing 14 people and injuring 108 more on Saturday, emergency officials said. The attack comes a day after Moscow's deadly 18-hour aerial assault across Ukraine.
