Rules on money in politics '100%' need to be changed - Lib Dem leader

The rules around money and politics need to be changed "100%" according to Sir Ed Davey, the leader of the Liberal Democrats.

He was speaking following the launch of the Westminster Accounts project - a joint venture between Sky News and Tortoise Media.

He started his interview with Kay Burley talking about the strikes, saying the government has "not got a grip" and meetings they've had with unions have been "disappointing".
