New figures obtained by this programme reveal that almost 90,000 women and girls were stopped and searched by the Met over a six-year period - but in three quarters of cases there was no further action taken against them.
The data also shows hundreds of girls under the age of 19 were strip searched - with those from ethnic minorities more likely to be targeted.
