According to a survey done by Angus Reid Institute one-fifth of Canadians, or 19 per cent, see themselves as non-believers when it comes to religion, with about 46 per cent considering themselves to be spiritually uncertain.
These findings come at a time when people across Canada and around the world are finishing a weekend of various religious celebrations, including Easter, Passover and Ramadan.
According to the poll's findings, 22 per cent of Canadians say they feel their faith and values are shut out of society, including 56 per cent of Evangelical Canadians and 26 per cent of Muslims.
