Record low turnout, opposition boycott mar Tunisia elections

Counting has begun in Tunisia's parliamentary election, the first under a controversial new constitution.
Turnout has been extremely low – at just under 9 percent.
The opposition, which boycotted the vote, called on President Kais Saied to resign.
They say he has lost all legitimacy.
