Sky News' Deputy Political Editor Sam Coates said the note "unleashes his true feelings" and essentially slams the door behind him as he leaves Rishi Sunak's cabinet.

Additionally, Mr Raab once again stressed that the result of the bullying inquiry has set a dangerous precedent "in setting the threshold for bullying so low... it will encourage spurious complaints."
