Monday was another day of bad air quality in parts of Quebec and Ontario, as drifting smoke from fires burning in northern Quebec lingered, keeping smog warnings and air quality advisories in place for much of the day.

More than 450 fires are burning across the country, and roughly a quarter are in Quebec.

It's already the worst fire season on record in that province.

Mackenzie Gray reports on the impact of the smoke, and how long it's expected to last.
