The 2022 FIFA World Cup will not only be the first tournament to be held in the Arab region, but it will be the most compact, allowing fans to attend multiple live games in one day.
All stadiums are within a 55km radius of Doha and World Cup ticketholders can use their Hayya Card to travel on public transport or free.
This includes the metro, tram, public buses and tournament bus services.
Doha metro began operating in 2019, and it can reach speeds of 100km/h, making it one of the fastest driverless trains in the world.

Al Jazeera’s Laura Khan reports from Doha, Qatar.
