North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has departed aboard a special train bound toward Russia for a with President Vladimir Putin, a South Korean source said.
The main topic of the talks will be bilateral relations between the neighbouring countries during the full-scale visit, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
