Putin 'is not a man seeking compromise' Lord Cameron tells the UN General Assembly

Lord David Cameron spoke to the United Nations General Assembly in New York.

Talking about his visit to Georgia shortly after Russia's invasion in 2008 recounted how he then said "Putin would be back for more".

"We must recognise the cost of giving up" he told the Assembly.
