Lord David Cameron is asked by Trevor Phillips if the real enemy is Iran.

The foreign secretary replies: "There's no doubt that the malign actor in the region who is behind these proxy groups is Iran.

"Iran backs Hamas, they have Hezbollah, they back the Houthis, they provide them with weapons. They also back armed groups that are acting within Iraq and attacking British and American bases and troops.
