After three hours of talks in St. Petersburg, Russian President Putin and his Belarusian counterpart, Alexander Lukashenko, took to the ice rink on Wednesday for a friendly hockey match with several former champions. Playing on the same team, Putin scored seven goals, while Lukashenko knocked two past the keeper, helping them secure an 18-7 victory over their opponents.

And, unusually for ice hockey, no one started a fist fight.
