Punjab Election: Bhagwant Mann, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP's) chief ministerial candidate for Punjab, told NDTV that the state is not as prosperous as it seems. "It's all advertisement. But I want to take Punjab back to all its former glory," Mr Mann told NDTV today. "This is a baseless charge," Mr Mann said about criticism by rivals over past liquor consumption.
