Over 250 members of the police force, the gendarmerie, special anti-terrorist units, helicopter units and special intervention units took part in anti-terrorist #drills organised in front of the Palace of #Serbia, in #Belgrade on Thursday.

The goal of the exercise, as announced by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, is to show the readiness of the members of the Ministry of the Interior to provide an efficient response in any-given situation, in this case, during the night and in difficult conditions.

The goal is also to show that police could defeat terrorists and protect citizens with emergency intervention without delay, with the use of high-level ballistic protection equipment and modern technical devices.
