Prime Minister pays tribute to Prince Philip

Prime Minister Boris Johnson has said Prince Philip 'touched the lives of millions' and spoke of 'a practical man who took something traditional, and found a way to improve and adapt it'.

The House of Commons' session to pay tribute to the Duke of Edinburgh, attended physically by socially distanced MPs, started with a minute's silence.
