U.S. president-elect Joe Biden is championing the Obama administration’s signature health law, as the Supreme Court heard oral arguments on Tuesday in a case that could overturn it.

The court ruled eight years ago to leave the essential components of the law known as "Obamacare" intact, but it is now controlled 6-3 by a conservative majority after President Donald Trump’s appointment of Justice Amy Coney Barrett.

Biden also commented on Trump's failure to concede the election saying the transition is "well underway" and that "nothing's going to stop that."

The president-elect added that he's already spoken to six world leaders, telling them "America's back."
