President Trump has also reluctantly agreed to the transition of powers to President-elect Joe Biden.

We’re joined from Washington DC by journalist and former speechwriter to President George W. Bush, David Frum.

He is a self-described "conservative Republican" and a vocal Trump critic. He has authored two books on the outgoing president, including, most recently, 'Trumpocalypse: Restoring American Democracy'.
