JUST IN: Pres. Biden eulogized former U.S. Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O'Connor at her funeral at the National Cathedral, hailing how she "empowered generations of women ... and proved that a woman can not only do anything a man can do, but many times, do it a heck of a lot better."

O'Connor, who died on Dec. 1 at the age of 93, made history as the first woman appointed to the nation's highest court in 1981 by then-President Ronald Reagan.
