Poland, Slovakia and Hungary say they're banning the import and transit of grain from Ukraine -- to protect their own agricultural sectors. It comes after local farmers complained of grain coming from the war-torn country being sold below market price. But with the EU largely responsible for EU trade rules, Brussels may have to intervene. The bans are causing long delays at borders.
