PM refuses to say whether he was warned about health risks on Bibby Stockholm

Rishi Sunak has dodged a question on whether he was personally warned about possible health risks for asylum seekers on board the Bibby Stockholm.

As we've reported, the 39 asylum seekers housed in the barge in Portland were removed four days later after traces of the Legionella bacteria was detected in the water supply.

On a visit to Buckinghamshire, Mr Sunak said: "What has happened here is it is right that we go through all the checks and procedures to ensure the wellbeing and health of the people being housed on the barge."
