Foreign ministers from the world's wealthiest industrialised countries have pledged to boost the manufacturing of COVID-19 vaccines.
They also agreed to provide financial support to the United Nations-backed COVAX vaccination scheme.
It is the Group of Seven's (G7) first face-to-face meeting in two years of foreign ministers from the world’s wealthiest industrialised nations.
Two of India's diplomats were forced to isolate themselves in their hotel rooms after testing positive for the coronavirus.
