Places of worship across Maharashtra - closed due to coronavirus lockdown - reopened on Monday after nearly eight months. The announcement to reopen was made on Saturday by the Chief Minister's Office (CMO). Sai Baba temple in Shirdi, the Mahim Dargah and Siddhivinayak temple in Mumbai and the Dagdusheth Halwai Temple in Pune are among the prominent places of worship in the state.
