A crackdown on mobile phones in classrooms was announced today by the Department for Education.

Guidance will be given to headteachers as part of an effort to 'minimise disruption and improve behaviour' and is intended to include break and lunch periods as well.
We spoke to Pepe Dilasio, headteacher of a secondary school in Kiveton, South Yorkshire and Tom Marles, a sixth form student.
