More than a week after a tanker sank off the island of Mindoro in the Philippines, the Coastguard is still struggling to contain a massive oil spill.
The slick has now reached several coastal towns on the east side of the island, known as Oriental Mindoro.
It is threatening not only marine life but also the livelihoods of the residents.
