Partygate: Rees-Mogg criticises Harriet Harman over report

Boris Johnson ally Jacob Reese-Mogg has said the privileges committee's report is not a "knock out blow" for Mr Johnson and that Harriet Harman was "not the right person to be the chairman" of the committee.

When asked if Boris Johnson will return to parliament, Mr Rees-Mogg said: "Not before the next general election".
