A gunman opened fire at a Kurdish cafe and community centre in Paris, France, on Friday, killing three people. Police are trying to determine if it was a targeted attack.
The 69-year-old suspect, who has been wounded and arrested, was awaiting trial for a separate violent incident at a migrant camp. Officials say the accused was not labelled an extremist by government agencies.
And now frustrations have reached a boiling point with a riot breaking out near the crime scene.
Global’s Crystal Goomansingh reports.
