Ministers and intelligence officials in the Pakistani city of Peshawar have reviewed security days after a massive attack inside a police compound.
Investigators say the suicide bomber managed to get in as he was wearing a uniform.
He detonated his explosives inside a mosque where policemen had gathered for prayers.
At least 101 people, mostly police, were killed in the mosque bombing.
