Ousted Afghan president's daughter is Brooklyn hipster (Full show)

A pickup truck driver in Washington, DC caused alarm by claiming to have a bomb in his vehicle. He has since been taken into custody. The ousted president of Afghanistan, Ashraf Ghani, resurfaced in the United Arab Emirates after fleeing his country. Meanwhile, while severe discrimination and loss of civil rights await her co-nationals, Ghani's daughter has been living a bohemian life as a "filmmaker" in Brooklyn, New York. Ghani's predecessor Hamid Karzai is negotiating with the Taliban to restore the rule of law to the country. Disturbing scenes at the Afghan airport show terrified people desperate to escape and a US military that won't help them.

Meanwhile, the Netherlands has evacuated 35 of its citizens and 20 other foreign nationals from Kabul and says it aims to rescue 1,000 local embassy workers from a vengeful and triumphant Taliban.
