Ottawa promises to tighten bail access as crime surges

As Canada grapples with an apparent surge in crime, federal Justice Minister David Lametti said Friday the government will make it more difficult for some criminal offenders to get out on bail. He joined Power & Politics to discuss bail reform after meeting with provincial counterparts.
