Ottawa man charged with threatening Parliament Hill, 2 embassies

Police in Ottawa have arrested a 19-year-old man for allegedly posting a series of threats on Twitter targeting several government institutions, including Parliament Hill, the Department of National Defence, and the American and Chinese embassies.
