Ontario to end proof of COVID-19 vaccination program March 1

The Ontario government is removing the province's proof of vaccination system as of March 1. As well, all capacity limits in restaurants, bars, cinemas and gyms will be lifted as of Thursday, a move that was set to take effect on Feb. 21.
