Everyone saw how parliament proceedings during the monsoon session 2021 were disrupted due to continuous uproar and protest by the Opposition members over Pegasus and Farmers' protest. But when OBC Bill was presented, it was passed without any issues. For OBC bill, the Opposition was with the Narendra Modi government. And herein lies the political reasons for 'friendship'.
