Norfolk police failed to answer 999 call from house where four people died

Police failed to respond to a 999 call made by an individual from a property in Costessey, Norfolk, where four people were later found dead, it has emerged.

Officers discovered the bodies, which included those of a 45-year-old male and two young girls, over an hour later, after forcing their way into the house when they were alerted by a member of the public.

The man has been named as Bartlomiej Kuczynski, and the girls are believed to be his daughters. The body of a 36-year-old woman was also discovered.
