'No way to reach the cemetery': At least 13,000 killed in Sudan fighting

The fight for control of Sudan between the army and the paramilitary Rapid support forces has killed at least 13,000 people in the past 10 months.
Local responders say the actual death toll is much higher.
Continuous fighting has meant bodies are being buried in the streets.
