Nivedita Banerji From Samaj Pragati Sahayog On The impact Of COVID-19 On Artisans

Nivedita Banerji, co-founder, Samaj Pragati Sahayog and Director, Women's Empowerment, Social Enterprise and Design, Founder and CEO Kumbaya Producer Company Limited, joined #HandmadeDilSe telethon. At the telethon, Ms Banerji shared her journey of starting Samaj Pragati Sahayog in rural Madhya Pradesh with 10 of her friends. The top two challenges Ms Banerji and the team faced were to make people understand that women need their space and the quality of the products. Ms Banerji also talked about the impact of COVID-19 on artisans and her team.
