Nigel Farage brands NatWest's independent review into account closure as a "whitewashed"

Closing Nigel Farage's Coutts account was "predominantly a commercial decision", according to a review from law firm Travers Smith. The review also found that Coutts considered its relationship with Mr Farage to be commercially unviable because "it was significantly lossmaking".

However, Mr Farage has accused the law firm Travers Smith of being "not independent".
