A new report has heavily criticised the police force that investigated the disappearance of #NicolaBulley.

#Lancashire Police's decision to reveal the mother-of-two's #mentalhealth issues was condemned as "avoidable and unnecessary".

On the #SkyNewsDailyPodcast, host Niall Paterson is joined by Sue Sim, former chief constable of Northumbria Police, who led the #RaoulMoat manhunt.

She claims police have their "head in the sand" when it comes to communicating with communities, as well as not having a "grasp" on #socialmedia.
