Nicola Bulley: 'No evidence' crime has been committed, police say

Police held a news conference about the search for Nicola Bulley, a mother-of-two who went missing while walking her dog nearly three weeks ago.

Assistant Chief Constable Peter Lawson said there is no evidence a crime had been committed.
