Hospital bosses say they’re worried about providing overnight care to patients, describing it as a "long, difficult week for the NHS" as junior doctors across England continue their four-day strike.

Some have already been called off the picket line by one hospital, which was concerned about patient safety.
But the Government says it won't negotiate with the British Medical Association unless they call off the strikes and abandon their demand for a 35% pay increase.
