At least 57 Palestinians have been injured in violence at the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound in occupied East Jerusalem.
Israeli forces fired rubber-tipped bullets, and used drones to spray tear gas at Palestinians, some of whom threw rocks.
Incursions by Jewish ultra-nationalist groups sparked the recent unrest.
